Anything special we can do at Luau/Chef Mickey's?

Would like to get in as many little suprises as possible for my Grandparents 50th Anniv. We are have a 3 day Magical Gathering with dinner at the Poly Luau and Chef Mickey's (their choices). What can we arrange behind the scenes to suprise them, since they are planning the gathering, anything?

It wouldn't be something you'd have to arrange but there is a section of the Spirit of Aloha show where they have newlyweds and those celebrating anniversaries do a special dance. Very cute!! Also, try calling the Contemporary to see what they suggest for Chef Mickeys. Disney is usually very good about helping with those sorts of things.

For my parents 50th last summer we mentioned it when we made the PS then told the server at Chef Mickeys and when we finished dinner he brought Mickey and Minnie with a placemat, a card (signed by the characters) and a cupcake with a candle. We were able to take pictures of my mom and dad with Mickey and Minnie it was really cute! We also managed to snag an Illuminations cruise and were able to get decorations on the boat and a cake served by the captain. You have to call and order this ahead of time with WDW-Play. Of course this was in the middle of the first hurricane last year so we have many unique memories of this trip. Have fun and Happy 50th to your grandparents!

Thanks for the suggestions. Do you know what number I would call? I've been looking on the WDW website and can't find a number. I'm sure it's there, I just don't see it.

I looked into the Wishes/Illuminations cruises earlier and from everything I've read, we have too many people, by 1 or 2. Dang it! So it's off to find other things. I live just an hour away so I'm going to head over to DTD this weekend and buy some of those Bride & Groom ears I think they will get a kick out of those!
