Hi. My family is booked on the 4 day cruise which includes New Years Eve. Does anyone know if they do anything special that night? And does the kids club stay open longer? We are 6 adults and 3 kids (grandparents, parents etc) with kids aged 4 8 and 11. Thanks!

:wave2: My family has done th New Year's Eve cruise on the Magic twice. Disney drops ballons, fireworks and have very special meal. My family are not party types but we had a great time.

The kid's club were open late and had their own special celebration. There are not alot of children as most are with their parents. DD said it was fun.

There are a lot of parties going around all over the ship. DD stayed in the club and had her own party (her choice). There is even a nice midnight buffet.

Thanks for replying. I was hoping there would be something happening that was suitable for adults and kids. I don't really want to separate as we are having a bit of a family reunion on board and want to stay together. But it is good to know there is a place for the kids if they get bored with us adults

There are family and adult only parties. They have big screen tvs all around the ship to show the different parties.
