Anything for November yet?

I feel like a real newbie since this is our first ever trip to DW! I'm not sure what to watch for as far as codes/offers etc. We booked our trip through a local TA and because of these boards, I've been able to "clue" her in on a few things. I'm so hoping for the dining plan to be extended!
Any tips or help from anyone would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

We are going to Disney World for the second time this November (our first was November 2003). In 2003 we stayed at CBR, this year we will be at CSR.

For the past few years Disney has made some great discounts available to the general public in order to fill up the resorts. For example, in 2003 they offered a "stay four nights, get three nights free" deal for the November time period. Last August we got an email offer of moderate resorts at $79/night and value resorts at $49/night for the fall (with some blackout dates).

These offers do not seem to be appearing this year. The concensus on this discussion board seems to be that they are filling the rooms without discounts so thus no discounts.
