Anything fast & semi healthy in the Studios?

We have a dinner ADR at the Sci Fi on our Disney Studios day, but for lunch I'm looking for fast/healthy advice. We've done the ABC/Commissary(?) 2x for a quick lunch,and both times we thought it was pretty bad. Anyone have a fast & healthy pick up option for lunch? Thanks!

The other options at Backlot Express aren't too bad either, if you avoid the cheeseburger/hot dog/chicken fingers!

We ate at the Backlot and I had the grilled veggie sandwich. It was quite good!

If I'm looking for a light bite, I go over to Backlot Express and get the child's meal with the chilled chicken breast strips and crudites to dip in ranch dressing. It comes with a container of unsweetened applesauce and a child's drink (I take the skim or lowfat milk).

I've also enjoyed the Greek salad at Flatbread Grill.
