I had *major* issues getting a couch delivered that I ordered from Pottery Barn. While Pottery Barn customer service is fairly understanding and mostly helpful, the trucking company Pottery Barn uses not only severely lacks customer service and are dishonest (know of 3 distinct lies).
I am currently sitting on a new couch that is badly damaged while I wait 10 more weeks for an undamaged one.
I am petrified that I will have the same issues with the delivery company again and so far a supervisor at Pottery Barn can not assure me that the drama will not repeat itself in the same manner.
I am going up the chain of supervisors/managers as high as I can, to try and bring to everyone's attention that the issues have only been temporarily resolved (until the next delivery is attempted). I also want to write a letter to the CEO of the trucking company. Anything else I should be doing?
I LOVE the couch by the way. It is comfortable and it looks great
