After 30 trips to WDW,I finally went over to UOR for a day-trip during my WDW Holiday last April.

I had a good time, but since I don't do Mega-Coasters or 3D "motion rides",I didn't find a whole lot to do.(I did do the Potter ride with my eyes closed most of the time, but still felt bad afterwards.)

I am going back for a day-trip next week to check out Diagon Alley(again won't be able to do the new ride there since it is a 3D "motion ride") and am wondering if I missed anything I can do on that frist trip.

This is what I did last April:
IOA
"PeopleMover" ride that goes through a restaurant
Jurrasic Park water ride
"cartoon" water ride with the huge hill
water ride with the Kali River Rapids type ride "vehicles"

Universal
Tornado attraction
Fear Factor
Animal show

( I also saw the day parade and the fireworks show)

Did I miss anything that is not a Mega coaster or 3D "motion ride"?(They really should call UOR:"Mega-3D World"!:))

Thanks.:)

If you are OK with Space Mountain, you should be able to handle Revenge of the Mummy easily. I would also check out Disaster. Twister is easy too but not all that great. (Except the queue, it's cool.)

How do you feel about horror movies? The Horror Makeup Show is a riot. If you like shows try to catch the Blues Brothers.

You don't care for any type of simulator ride? Universal does have a lot of those with varying degrees of how 3-d they actually are.

Adding to Planogirl's observations - you may also find that riding Forbidden Journey with your eyes *open* will produce fewer problems than riding with them closed. One of those odd things where the brain coordinates between what it sees and what the motion is telling it . . . . . .

ET is great, as already mentioned. Terminator show/movie. I cannot recommend Horror Makeup show enough.

No simulators unfortunately-Star Tours makes me sick.

I can do Space so I will try Mummy.

Thanks.:)

Thanks for the tip!:)

"TSMM spinning"-yes
"Teacup spinning"-NO!lol:)

It's more like TSMM type spinning. Even if you don't ride, the que is worth a look as it's detail is amazing. The ET que is amazing as well. Mummy que is also very good, and the ride is similar to intensity of space mountain, but much smoother. Heck, all the que's are amazing :) The shrek 4d show is awesome, similar to It's Tough to be a Bug.

Star Tours makes me sick too. Spiderman doesn't at all.

Dr. Doom's Fearfall in IOA. Not a coaster. Not a simulator. And not exactly what you would expect. Lots of fun!
