Anything and Everything about Poly Club Level!!

I'm starting to plan my surprise (shhh) trip for DBF and I and I was hoping all of you wonderful planners could explain/tell me more about staying Poly Club Level!

So far all I know is; I want to stay in the Hawaii Longhouse with a Lagoon view, and our key opens the conseirge lounge (hopefully someone can help me learn to spell conseirge too! )

Your key actually opens the entire building (Hawaii)! The lounge is already open once you're in the building! (There's another building, Tonga, but I haven't been there - the lounge is in the Hawaii building). And that's concierge!

You get your own check-in desks and itinerary planning services (they will make all your ADRs at your 180 window and make changes while you are there). When you arrive at the Poly, tell them out front you're staying club level and they will come in a golf cart and take you to the building, so you don't have to go in the GCH to check in.

You get automatic turn-down service every night (don't have to request it). Here's some Poly concierge-specific photos (we were Hawaii, room 1501). Here's some photos to dream over (can you tell I really liked Poly concierge?):

im so so excited for club level. last week we stayed at SOG and were spoiled with crowds and the resort. i'm planning on a DCL land sea package with poly concierge (got it right!) then a nice cat 5 for us both!

with concierge you still get magical express right? and all of our checking in is at the concierge desk? no need to go to the GCH at all? (thats pretty nifty, but I think DBF would enjoy the initial walking through the resort) we Can walk to Hawaii ourselves right? haha

Yes, of course, you can just ask them to take your bags to Hawaii and walk yourself. Just go straight through the GCH and out the back door, down the path, take a right (over a bridge), past the pool on your left and Hawaii is right at the end of the path. The concierge CMs sit right inside the building (and it has glass sliding doors) and they will see you out there and open the doors.

Yes, you can do ME. Sounds like you have a great trip planned. We're tentatively planning a Disney cruise in 2010, and I've been pricing those Cat 5/Cat 4 rooms -- I think we're kindred (spoiled) spirits!

we'd be going in 2010 too since our week at disney was a gift from DBFs work due to his brother coming hom from Iraq so he wont have enough vacation time till then! Maybe we'll see you then !

oh! another question! if concierge books your ADRs do they have more of a chance of getting CRT? because I know I'd want the Ohana character breakfast, a CRT lunch or dinner, Dinner at the sci fi, and possibly Cali grill do they have ADR spots for concierge guests that CMs can get or is it still wake up before the sun and call even for them?

When it comes to the Polynesian IPO Cast Members or the Cast Members working at the Hawaii Longhouse everyone says they use the same computers when making ADR's, so they do not save extra tables for Club Level guests. However as long as the IPO Cast Members would make your ADR's at the 180 mark, you should have no problems getting the ones you want.
