Anyone else's children repeat their GPS? Whenever we turn into our driveway, our young sons always say "You have reached your destination."

My son says it all the time, everywhere we go. My new favorite is "I can't wait until we reach our destination" or "How much longer until we reach our destination?"

My DD loves it when she gets to hear the GPS, she loves to say "make an illegal U turn at the next opportunity". She giggles the whole time and can hardly get it out she is laughing go hard.

Our oldest (4 years old) keeps looking for bears next to the road when TomTom says to "bear left..." He also calls the GPS a camera. :rotfl:

"Mommy, where's the bear? The camera says there's a bear but I don't see it." :lmao:

:rotfl: We recently bought a GPS for our upcoming Disney trip. My dd (4) keeps asking me to show her how to get to Disney with it.

Both kids repeat the GPS and get very mad if we don't follow those directions. I love having a 2 year old yelling, "Turn left" at me.

Hmm.. I don't have any kids yet but my DF does this. :rotfl:

Just for a goof (when we know where we're going) we have it speak in different languages.

I guess "Drive .5 miles then turn left" sounds hilarious to an almost 5 year old when spoken in Cantonese or Polish. :confused3

Hehehe. That's cute!

My kids do the "You have reached your destination". and "Turn left and take the motorway" (Yes, we have it set to a British man because I love the accent LOL)

I don't have a GPS but I use OnStar and my DS (2.5) tells me to push the button to call Daddy. Then the "lady" says "OnStar ready" - and I've heard him repeat that.

DH's cell number is tagged as "Ethan cell phone" - and whenever I say it my DS corrects me, "Not Ethan's cell phone, Daddy's cell phone".

DS talks to Daddy using OnStar and he looks up at the ceiling to do it. He must think Daddy can see him because he's always holding something up to show him, "Daddy look, blue lollipop!".

My girls love Tom Tom. They ask for it if I don't turn it on. And they love to imitate Jane, the British woman. :lmao: "Take the motorway..."
