Anyone worried about trip and Gamma?

I see the TS Gamma is headed for Florida. I leave in a few hours so it looks as if Monday might get rained out.

Anyone else worried?

Yep, we fly out Tuesday afternoon. I have been so busy reading and planning the trip, I had not even heard about this storm till today. Just great, wait 6 years for our vacation to WDW and a storm is coming. Hope if moves out fast, we start the parks on Wednesday!

The ocean water and air temperature is to low now to feed Gamma. It will be nothing more than a little breeze in Orlando. That's my opinion...

I started to get wound up lat night until I saw the affect it was having on DD who is 4... She is worried Mickey's Castle is going to blow down... Now I am just quietly checking every internet weather site...

DD and I fly out Tuesday at 7am with my parents.... DH flies out at 3 on Tuesday and my brother flies out on Wednesday morning... Crossing my fingers it stays WAY south like not even in FL!

I agree. A little breezy, possibly some rain. I think it's going to be a non-event.

No, because there's nothing I can do about it anyway, so why bother worrying myself.

I will just go with the flow and hope for the best.

I got upset for about 2 seconds when I heard about it this morning but I think the projected path is too far south to upset anything in Orlando. Maybe some rain but we had tons of that when we were there in July and it didn't stop us from doing anything.

It's only going to be a tropical storm and will go across the Keys.
