anyone work with Cathy at DU lately

yesterday I put in a request for a quote from DU and requested to work with Cathy again...I received a quote back from another agent....does anyone know if Cathy is still there?...how do I get transfered to her without submitting a new requests? I know nothing about the new agent I was given, but do know that things went sooo smooth with Cathy that I had hoped to get her again

All of the Dreams Agents work the quotes however, you will be assigned to your prevous Agent if you have booked before.

I just checked and you WILL be assigned to Cathy once you book.

We just got back October 12th and used Cathy Miller. We have another trip booked for January and she is working on getting the AP rate for me right now. I just got an email from her.

Since i wasn't able to get the AP rate through disney, I put in a request through DU
Do they charge extra for their services, How does it work

In a matter of just a few hours I had my deposit confirmed and Cathy has emailed me twice already...I LOVE DU...now lets hope that I get a code rate tomorrow!!!

and to answer your question there are no additional charges for their services...highly recommend
