Anyone work for Alpine Access?

I applied for a customer service (at home job) position with Alpine Access last week....and I just received an offer to interview!

The interview is a group conference call and lasts for 2 hours. Has anybody interviewed or does anyone work for Alpine Access? Any tips or thoughts would be appreciated!

This is a little intimidating for me; I've been out of the customer service field for 13 years, and I've never worked from home before.....so this will be a new experience for me.

Oh wow, I totally forgot about that! That interview for Alpine Access was back in Dec. 2011. I backed out of the interview, because at the time, we ended up not moving. And our current apartment wasn't conducive for a work-at-home-job.

But now the tables are turned, and you'll have to report back how your interview went! DH and I recently moved, and I've tried applying again for Alpine Access, but they don't have any positions available.
