What does 1x30, 2x30, and 3x30 mean?

1 time a week for 30 minutes
2 times a week for 30 minutes
3 times a week for 30 minutes

Anouther question if you all don't mind.

DS has ABA Services 240min weekly and Multi-Disciplnary Group 90min monthly.

I looked online for info on these things and it is to confusing to me. Anyone able to explain it to me and do you think what they are providing is an ok amount?

ABA Services is new to our program so I'm not very familiar with it. All our Staff is required to take an ABA Training Class so we can work with our ABA Specialist to help our students when she's not with them. At this time we don't have any getting ABA.

I haven't heard of a Multi-Disciplnary Group so I can't help with that one.
