Both of these women have pretty extreme personalities...

The OCD list maker who drinks coffee from a straw and cleans house for 5 hours a day is a real nut.

But the one who lets the animals poop in the house and looks like she lives in a junkyard is pretty whacko, too!

Okay that husband who sweeps the road had SERIOUS problems!
Then again, so does the mom who lets the pets poop all over the house.

I have to say that the woman who cleans 5 hours a day and allows NO noise in her home irritates me more. I am not saying you need to let you kids have 10 friends sleep over every weekend and your 2 year old stay up until midnight. But Ms. Uptight needs to let her children be children.

I agree! My DH and I are cracking up.

I'm an animal lover BUT all of those animals in the house are disgusting! I bet the odor is horrible.

Isn't there some kind of ordinance against THAT many pets.

I really enjoy this show! I didn't think I would but it is so interesting. They both need to learn from each other - wonder how it will turn out.

The one house was gross but that other woman was a nut! No noise in the house?? Husband was SO whipped!! I felt sorry for her kids, no noise no talking, always clean and the lists oh man!!!...blech!! Give me a messy (not feces filled though!) house anyday....she needs to get into some serious therapy!!

Interesting show. I thought it was going to be a bunch of crap but it wasn't too bad.

I couldn't live like the neat freak but I wouldn't mind working a little harder to swing in that direction. It seems like the neat family made out better than the animal loving woman in terms of learning how to make their lives better. I couldn't live with animal messes all over my house - ugh!

Looks like she learned to loosen up at least a little. It looks like she allowed herself to grow from the experience more than the other woman. I'm all for a messy house but my kids do have rules to live by, like bedtimes. I don't think kids should be consulted all the time on decisions and allowed to run wild in the house. I wonder what the animal loving woman's parents and upbringing was like? Think her parents were strict?

I thought the animal ladies reaction at the end was a little over the top. I could see hating her if she sold the animals and they could never get them back. Personally, I think Caprice HAD to get the animals out of there to get the place cleaned up. Feces all over is GROSS! I wonder if her Husband told her he LIKED clean?

The uptight lady was nutty! Drinking coffee out of a straw? And they don't even know if it works? Shouldn't they just ask the guy who bleaches their teeth?
I liked when her Husband played with the Jazz band. He seemed to really open up after the initial shock. And I am glad she kept the cat.

My favorite part was the cat in obsessive/compulsive Mom's bed at the end of the show. I'd say she lightened up a LOT!

I bet her family is MUCH happier!

OMG....the animal poo all over the house was DISGUSTING!

But all those notes! Geesh...I thought I was obsessed with writing "to-do" notes. Now I know I'm not really obsessive at all in comparison to her LOL! That poor woman really had a sad existence. I'm just so glad she kept the kitty. If the ending was for real, she really seemed to learn a lesson and lightened up a whole bunch.

On the other hand, I'm not sure anything really changed for the other family. The bed-time thing was unbelievable. And the mess...YUCK!

OK..now I'm addicted to this ridiculous show. How sad for me .

I watched it! I was glad that in the end, the uptight mom let loose a little and allowed noise in the house Geez, talk about a stick up the patootie!!! And I was so glad she kept the cat.

I hope the other mom w/ the zoo in her house got to be a little neater... I'm sorry but love pets or not, there really is not excuse to have feces all over the house! Ewwwww! Talk about a health hazard. I'm so glad there isn't smell-a-vision...

I couldn't survive in either home. OMG, one was too structured and one had no control. At least both women adopted some new manners from the experience.

I noticed no one has posted on the ladies names, and I can't remember them either! I agree that the uptight lady seems to have gotten something out of this, she actually talked to the cat and was smiling when she petted it. Her kids really need her to let up on them, and I hope they remind her to. The dad really looked happy playing his quitar and hopefully will keep it up.

The happy-go-lucky mom is not going to change any unless her husband gets her to. She was too mad at the other lady about her pets, but at least her husband seems to have gotten something from this, be the parent and have some rules, bed on time, etc.

I wonder how many families they interviewed for this show to find these two who were such extreme opposites? Do any of you know what they got for doing this show?
