Anyone watching trading spaces tonight?

If you missed the beginning, then you missed the HO being a total witch. There was not one thing that Doug proposed that she didn't have an opinion on. She disliked everything and didn't hesitate to say so.

The husband even said something like "now you see what I have to put up with all the time." I actually felt sorry for Doug for a while.

Doug is one of the most entertaining designers in my opinion. I may not always like his rooms, but he always tries to do something different. He has a funny, sarcastic sense of humor too.

I have a little more trouble finding redeeming qualities in Hildi. The nicest thing I can say about her is that she also tries new things. But she likes herself a little too obviously and doesn't seem very fun. Plus, she wears high heels when she paints.

Sharon...you're right, she always DOES wear high heels! (and sometimes pearls!).

There is probably a lot going on that we don't get to see (editing...just like on Survivor). Why do you think Ty always comes off as the goof? (If he was THAT goofy, he'd never get anything done).

I have NEVER seen any of the designers as upset as Doug on Saturday night. He is highly professional and I think it would have taken a lot for him to walk away from the situation.

I have spoken to a couple of people who have worked with Doug and have nothing but nice things to say about him.
