Anyone Watching American Inventor?

The Dolly lady had a kit to make edible snowglobes. They were a craft project. I love crafts so I'd buy it in a second. The great part was that everything was included.

The one invention that got me was the lady who did the dvd about character. I was sooo on her side but agreed that the project was just so DONE. It didn't look to me like she needed help, just advertising. I think last night's show did that for her.

I want to buy one of her DVD's. I thought the idea was great!

I'm upset! I missed the teddy bear pitch and just caught the end where the judges were really impressed. Can someone fill me in on what the concept was? BTW, that little girl was ADORABLE

It was a "character" bear. The parent would read to the child each character trait ( I think she had poems for each) and the child would stuff the bear with each trait, heart (caring), brain (wits?), etc. They didn't let her go on too much, but all seemed to have loved the idea. Anything that would teach a child to have a strong character within him/herself is a winner. This was the first time watching. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I liked the bear the best.

Wow! I'm a teacher and that would be great for school as well. Character Education is HUGE in schools right now (as it should be.)
