Anyone using Vonage?

After a very frustrating issue with Sprint, I am ready to tell them to go to H***
and take their customer service reps with them. Can anyone tell me about Vonage?

We have it and LOVE it. $29.99 covers all calls, plus high-speed internet, and their customer service is AWESOME. I highly recommend it.

i have the phone service and love it. Great price, no problems. Dana, tell me about their internet service. I'm paying 50. per for comcast. I didn't know they offered this service.

I have Vonage and although we have some issues with echoing I am very happy with them. It is great to get e-mail alerts of voicemail and be able to hear my voicemail at work. It also helps me justify keeping digital cable and high speed internet access!!!

I've had Vonage for more than a year now and so far so good. We had a problem with our router awhile back but the tech support people were very good in working with us to resolve the issue.

The clarity of the call is so much better than what my landline used to be. We did have an issue with the calls with echoing for a little bit at one point, but it turned out to be a conflict with my torrent software. That's also been resolved.

At this point, I'm really happy with them. I love that I can check voicemail from any computer with internet connection, even when I'm in WDW!

I've had vonage for about 8 months or so and I just love it! I highly recommend it!

Using it here with no problem.

We have the 500 Minute plan as we use or cell phones most of the time.

For $15 bucks a month you can't go wrong IMHO.

We have it and hate it! There is always a lag between what we say and what the response from the other end is which leads to echoing. I think it has to do with our internet as it's through the school. My parents ahve it and have had very few problems. The biggest one is that when the internet goes down (esp in storms) the phone goes down too. One thing to check into is if they have 911 dialing in your area. We were informed that they didn't in our areas.
