Anyone used "Undercover tourist" to buy tx

Wondering if anyone has purchased their tickets from undercovertourist.com
If so what was their service like? Any problems with getting tx?
They are slightly cheaper than the other ticket vendors I've checked out and they offer free shipping. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Also, how often does Disney increase ticket prices (once/twice year)? Can it happen anytime or is it usually at certain times of the year?

I've never used that vendor.

Disney just completely revamped their ticketing, I mean COMPLETELY so I would doubt they will change it anytime soon as people are still struggling to figure it out.

I would say it used to occur about 1 time per year. Not surprising for it to happen around the first of year, also has happened around spring break times. But if you want me to guess, I'd say tickets will be the same price throughout 2005 and early 2006.
