Anyone used Travelex travel insurance?

I have been shopping on the web for travel insurance. Went to insuremytrip.com. I got a quote for travel insurance ffor my cruise from Travelex that is significantly below the insurance through Disney and Orbitz and it includes preexisting conditions if I buy within 21 days of my cruise deposit. At least part of the savings seems to come from the fact that they insure kids under 16 for free if traveling with parents.

Has anyone used this insurance? The underwriter is Old Republic which I believe is a good insurance company? Has anyone had to file a claim with them?

The savings are significant (over $150). Am I missing something or is this really a good deal?

We are using them too; however, we aren't cruising until 9/26....hope that helps!

We are using them also. First time using them. We had travel insurance through DU when we booked last time. This time I wanted to find something less expensive, $95 for a family of four! Thought that sounded GREAT. Hope I don't have to use it! :)

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to go with Travelex. I too hope that I won't need to use it!
