I just booked. But on their web site, there was no option for me to select a limo or van. I received their confirmation email, but it did not state whether I will be getting a van or limo.

I have 5 adults and 1 child, and I need a van with a car-seat. I have mentioned that in the "comment" box. Do u think it is ok, or I should call to confirm (I am not leaving until 2 weeks from now).

Are they good? How could you identify the driver at MCO? I glanced thru this forum, and it seems 95% are taking ME, or Happy Limo. Wanted some comments if anyone has used Tiffany.

I have used Tiffany several times, once with a large party. We had 4 adults, and two 8 y/o's. We flew into Sanford, and when I booked with TT I figured that with 6 people, we would need a van. I had no issue with that at all. Imagine my surprise when our driver told us he had a big surprise for us....a stretch limo, for the same price!!! It was really special. But, we would have been quite happy with a van.
As far as how you will know your driver at MCO.....when you come down the escalator at the airport, to the baggage claim area, you will see a line-up of drivers, standing there, with signs up with their party's name on it. You should see a driver with your name on his sign.

We used them on our last trip to WDW. I was very happy with them! They were on time, had boosters/carseats for the kids, and even made a stop at the grocery store for us. I would definitely use them again!

We've also used Tiffany several time and have always been extremely pleased. We had a driver named Berkely in 04' not sure if he's still there but he was excellent and very informative!! :thumbsup2

Thanks for everyone's comment - I gained lots of confidence with Tiffany :thumbsup2

Just curious to know "What's next" after you meet the driver, do they take you to the parking lot, or the limo/van is somewhere closed by?

This will be our first time at MCO, wondering if there is a long walk before getting on to the town car. At Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ), limo/town car will not meet you at baggage area, instead, you report to a limo center (right outside airport), and they will drive at meet you at the drop-off/pick-up zone.

You will meet your driver as explained earlier. Then, after you get your bags from baggage claim, the driver will help you with your bags. You will go down a level to the limo area, where your driver will tell you where to wait, with your bags, while he/she goes to the limo lot and drives around to pick you up. He will pull into his assigned slot, load your bags and you into the car and off you go. When you get to your resort, he will unload your bags, where most likely someone from bell services will be on hand to take your bags for you (or you can just take them yourself, which we do), and you will hopefully tip your limo driver, and go in and check-in and start your magical vacation!!
Then, for the return, your driver will give you a time that you need to be outside waiting for him to pick you up, with your luggage. He will drive up, load you and your bags, go to the airport, unload you and hopefully you will again tip your driver.
Now, as far as tipping goes...yes, it is indeed up to you what to do. But I will tell you what we do...we usually tip $15 when we get to the resort and then $10 when we get back to the airport.

:moped: We used them last November, and they were great. Great service and a stop at a store. I would definetly use them again.

THANKS EVERYONE! Looking forward to enjoy my magical journery!

Of course, I will tip the driver. If I plan to pay by VISA, maybe I should tip in CASH?

I am so glad that TT is getting such great reviews. I think I have pretty much decided to use them in June.

We have used them for a large party and they brought a van so don't get your hopes up too much for the limo. They were still wonderful.

We used Tiffiany on our last trip to the World. They are excellent!!!!! There were 5 of us. They sent us a van. The driver was waiting for us at the bottom of the escolater and led us to the baggage claim where he got the luggage off the belt. We pulled the luggage to the van and had the most wonderful trip to WDW. He was full of information and very jovial. Wish I could remember his name. If things change, we will definately be using them again!!!!

just curious to know. how long is your ride to WDW (via towncar), with no grocery stop?

We've used Tiffany for probably the past 10-15 trips to WDW. They have been great.

Worst thing I can say - sometimes we have to wait for them, but no longer than 10 minutes.

We have been happy with their services.... :thumbsup2

We have used Tiffany twice, the most recent in January. We love the service, very professional, clean vans, and nice nice drivers. Will be using again. My dh was most impressed, nothing like having them waiting for you with a sign when you come down the escalator. :thumbsup2

That's what we do. We pay the original driver with a credit card and give the tip in cash and we give the return driver his tip in cash.

We've had Berkely a couple of times. He is great!!

Back from our WDW trip. Tiffiany Town Car service was great! The driver was waiting for us at the luggage pick-up area. She was very nice, helped us with luggages, and show us different attractions of WDW on the way.

They have always been great for us.

Another happy Tiffiany customer here! We've used them four times with wonderful results. Most recently (last Thanksgiving), our drivers were Renata and Ines.

Enjoy! It is very cool to see your name when you are descending the escalator. The kids just loved it!
