Anyone used Thomas Cook transfers?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone who didn't hire a car used Thomas Cook's transfers as I have a few questions to ask

Were the reps helpful (eg. took you into your resort showed you where to check-in etc...)?
Were there many resort stops (we're staying at All Star Sports)?
and finally how long was the transfer time (From Sanford)?

i havent used them yet, but this time in 2 weeks i will have, im staying on i drive though.

We have booked with Thomas Cook next year and they are using the Magical Express.

Last year fly into MCO via Thomas Cook Signature (Flights were Virgin) and the transfers were via Disney Magical Express. The rep at the airport just directed us to the DME area and she did not travel with us or help at check in.

However that is not a problem because you are dropped off at the hotel lobby, check in is easy....just go to main desk, complete a few basics, then enjoy!

We booked with Thomas Cook Signature too. We stayed on I: Drive for the first week and then 2nd week on Disney.

At the airport we met a rep, got the pack with hotel info & vouchers, then made our own way to the Mears desk.

The transfer was just Mears Transportation to the hotel. On the way back we used the Disney Magical Express. As this is free to anyone staying at Disney, I needn't have booked return transfers with TC Signature though.

No issues with any of it.

We never take a car either.

We have also used Mears shuttle a few times but the past twice we have got a limo to pick us up from the airport to take us to the hotel and back again . On the Sanford airport website they have a page that has different transport companies you can get a normal car/minibus or limo.

As there are 7 of us in the party it was not much more expensive to get a limo compared to a minibus - our 4 kids and my mother-in-laws faces were a picture - we kept this a secret from them and when we crossed the road on the way out of the airport the guy was standing there with our name on the sign . Got the holiday of to a great start and made the return trip to the airport less depressing. They also make stops to the grocers en-route in case you want to pick us some provisions too .
