Anyone used Ocean Florida? Advice please!

Hi everyone. Off to Orlando at Easter Been twice before, but this time we are using a travel agent to organise everything (and the price was very good!). Has anyone used Ocean florida before? Just a little nervous and i guess i need to talk to someone! We are having a connecting flight from Heathrow to Dulles, 3 hour wait then Dulles to Orlando Int. Never done this before, always flown direct. Is the connection easy enough to do (signposted?), i will have 4 kids in tow!Also I am told we will have a villa allocated on arrival along with a car hire voucher and directions. Normally I am well organised and in total control of everything, but this just seems to be a bit 'up in the air'! Is there usually a rep at Orlando or is it just a phone number to contact them? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

The transfer at Dulles is pretty straightforward as long as you leave yourself enough time between flights which you seem to have done.

I can't speak for what will happen with Ocean Florida as i have never used them but perhaps someone else can help you out there.

Yes I use them last year for Easter 07 trip - 7 of us - direct flights from Manchester to Orlnado - villa plus 2 cars.

The service wasn't great. We got upgraded, in their terms, to a lower quality but bigger house - so got an extra bedroom we never used, lost a master suit and no games room. I'd not use them again, unless the price was fantastic. It put a horrible start to the holiday.

Having organised the villa personally the previous year, I will always do this.

Just don't go expecting wonderful things. Go with low expectations and should the villa etc be great you'll have a great time.
