Anyone used Hyatt MCO for DCL recently?

The only time I've used Hyatt was during Covid so I'm not sure what's standard or typical. We are sailing next month on the Wish and staying at Hyatt MCO. Is it correct that they will take our luggage the morning of the cruise until we see it again in our stateroom? Do they assign us a time to come to the shuttle or is there just one pick-up time for everyone? Does that impact what time we will board the ship (earlier or later)? Thanks!

Yes, luggage will be picked up from your hotel room and taken directly to the port; you'll see it onboard later in the afternoon.
I believe earlier this fall the DCL Transfers from the MCO Hyatt lobby starting doing check-in by CC status. I think you receive a letter when you check-in to the hotel that will inform you what time to be in the lobby the next morning.

We did this last month and they emailed two days before the cruise with the details of what we needed to do. The luggage was collected from the room from 8 a.m. and the email gave times to go down to meet the DCL reps according to Castaway Club level.

If you've done it before you probably know anyway, but you need to have booked the Hyatt through Disney or the specific Hyatt transfer for them to collect your luggage and check in for the cruise at the hotel.
