Anyone used FOX Rent A Car here?

Have a reservation with them and after our DL trip, we'll be dropping off the SUV the next day at their LAX location. I have been reading bad reviews about waiting in lines for pickup/dropoffs with this company. My main problem is our flight the next day is early morning.. Just wanted to know how early I should be there to drop off their vehicle ...and hopefully dont miss our flight!

Anyone rented from this company and know the wait time at their LAX location?

I have rented from this company in Phoenix and San Francisco. Never had a problem. But sorry, I don't know any details about LAX location.

Used them once in PHX and they were HORRIBLE. Never again. Terrible Customer Service!

We used them at SNA about 3 years ago. They were fine. They are NOT a super fast checkin/out place - but we weren't in a huge hurry, either. They didn't have the size car we had reserved so we got an upgrade to a Chrysler 300. DH totally Loved that!

I also don't think they charge extra to drop the car off at another site. That is a big bonus. I would plan some extra time for dropping off the car - that way you aren't worried about making the flight on time.

Thank you. Ya good thing I waited and found cheaper airline tickets if we are landing at SNA instead of LAX. I actually like the idea better cuz LAX is a bit chaotic! So we will be dropping off the car at their SNA location.

Anyone know how long it takes to wait for Fox shuttle? Then the shuttle trip back to the airport?
