We're considering transferring our Cruise ressies to DU, and I'm wondering if any other Canadians had used them and what they thought. Whose insurance do you use?

Appreciate some feedback.

Same here. Booked our Feb trip and booked our March trip upcoming with DU! Hopefully we we will go. Dh is looking at possibly taking a job in Pennsylvania. We booked our trip insurance through Air Canada when we booked our flights. I believe it was through Royal Bank.

I used DU for our last trip to WDW (not a cruise), and I was not too impressed. My TA couldn't get some ADRs for me, so I decided to try myself and had no troubles getting all my preferred times on my own. My TA was hard to reach, and often took three or four days to return my emails, and she/he never contacted me before our trip and I never heard from her/him again. :sad1:

As for insurance, we used CAA for medical, and our credit card covered the rest.
