Anyone used Dreams Unl. as TA ?

Just a question. I set up my reservation online with Dreams Unlimited & was very impressed that they responded within a few hours. The TA was very nice, got me exactly what I wanted, the dates, view, discounted prices etc. I really like that you can see your reservation online & make payments online too ! Seemed so easy I'm a amazed. Anyone else use them ?

Yes!!!!

We have used them on several occasions, including our August cruise...now I find it difficult NOT to use them!!!! Great service, great price on the cruise and for my resort stays, they look for the discounts so I don't waste my time and energy. Never had a bad experience with them.

I'm using Dreams for my honeymoon and Trisha (our agent) has been patient and AMAZING. She scored us both an Illuminations Cruise, and Cinderella's Royal Table reservations.

I'd definitely reccomend them!

I love our agent - Marsha - she's moved several PSs for us and been so helpful! I'll use them again if I can (am DVC owner starting in October)

I'm using them for my trip in December 2005, and everything has been great so far! They're so easy to deal with, and always so quick to respond. My agent, Merrie, has been very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Dreams Unlimited (they sponsor these boards), and also Dream Come True Vacations, both with *great* results. My preference at this point is Joe at Dream Come True Vacations, he did a great job for me on my last trip.

I have also had contact with Small World Vacations and MouseEarVacations, with differing results.

I have used Dreams Unlimited for 2 cruises and one disney trip.....Merrie is my agent and she is wonderful!! I would use them again in a heartbeat for another trip.

I've used them for my August trip and all's gone great.. Had no problems canceling on reservation and making another to add more days. PS's made with no problems. Would definalty recommend and will use again in the future..

We just returned from our trip to the Swan using DU. Our agent Bob was very helpful, responding to us quickly via e-mail and phone. I really liked making our PS's online at the DU website. We got all the PS's we wanted on very short notice. We also made additional PS's at the last minute from the Swan concierage desk although we weren't staying on the concierage Club Level.

We are working with Sue Ellen at DU. She has gotten CRT and Grand Gatherings Fireworks Cruise for us. She responds very quickly to all my emails, too. I also love that I can pull up our itinerary.

We are working with Rhonda at DU and the customer service has been wonderful. I have been very surprised at how quickly she responds to each and every question I have.
