Anyone used Apple Strollers?

I was looking at possibly renting a double City Mini from Apple Strollers. Looks like it is $7 a day and then a $5 delivery and $5 pick up fee. Are there any other hidden fees? Anyone have good/bad experiences with them? Thanks

I used them last year and will never rent from them again. The stroller they gave us was all beat up and looked very old.

We used them last year, and were very happy with them. The double stroller was perfect, and there were no problems with the rental at all. I, too, was skeptical, but we'd rent from them again in a heartbeat.

We used them last summer and had no issues at all. The stroller was clean and waiting for us when we checked in to the resort. Very happy overall

Used them in 2013. Stroller was ok, but didn't look like it was cleaned. Looked like they just took out whatever's available that someone returned to bell services. It could have been the resort. Compared to the other rental places we've used where the stroller was somewhat wrapped and had our names on it.

No hidden fees.

We used them last year. There are no hidden fees. That really is the price! Our stroller was older but was clean. I just did my rental for September from them again.

We used them in October. I'm undecided if I will use them again. The price was great, but the stroller was pretty beat up. I was almost embarrassed to be pushing it around, but didn't want to make the effort to have them send another one.

Thanks for the replies. They say they clean them after every use…but I thought I had read where people said they got dirty ones. I have never rented before and have a City Mini single of my own, but my DD will have a 5 mo old on our trip so I thought about renting a double for my dd and dgd.

I've used them twice. Both times the stroller arrived wrapped in paper or plastic. No extra charges. The strollers weren't new. But not beat up either. The first time we used them we called the night before we needed it. My son broke his leg on our layover on the way traveling down. And the stroller we brought from home didn't support his wrapped leg. They were very helpful in recommendations and in last minute delivery.
