Anyone used alwayshuttle or thegreyshuttle?

These website are both in the guide up the top, but none of them are "recommended by Dis-ers" only RS and BS Transports.

All the other companies on there are coming out at 90 Euros plus, bus these two are coming out at 76 Euro's.

Has anyone here used them? Any advice? Would you use them again? Did the booking go through ok and no hiccups etc?

Any help much appreciated.

I used greyshuttle a few times until once they didn't show up & when we phoned them they said that the traffic was too heavy & there was nothing they could do about it. I haven't used them since! Luckily it was a pickup from the hotel to the airport, so it was easy enough to get the reception to order me a local one which was there within minutes.

Thanks for that. They actually quoted me a lot more when I emailled them about it what's the point in stating one price on their website and then another when someone wants to book. So anyway, have decided not to go with them. I am swaying towards paris webservices now as they do free child seats as well

Actually, to be completely honest, I think I'm just going to play the transport thing by ear when we get there.I originally planned on getting the TGV, so I think I'm just going to go with what's easiest when we get there and not bother booking anything.

I used Grey Shuttle once - but this was nearly 3 years ago.

All booking and communication prior to the trip was fine. We had arranged pick up for 3.30pm. They eventually arrived at 4.50pm!!! We made 3 phone calls to them and each time got a different excuse - "running late", "will be with you in 10 mins", "he is there where are you?" - only to find he was at the wrong terminal!

I cannot fault the minibuses and the drivers were very pleasant, but just from personal experience I wouldn't use them again.

Thanks for that. Sounds like they're not very good at all, definitely not even going to chance booking with them
