Anyone USED a ticket bought from Undercovertourist?

There was a thread going a few days ago about the great prices at UCT but has anyone USED a ticket they bought from them?

I am so anxoius to get my 10 day premium ticket but I need to hear from some other DISer's who have used them before.
Anyone out there who has purchased and used a ticket bought at undercovertourist.com.

I bought mine through their website on Sunday night, and had them Fed Ex'd so I could get them today. FedEx just delivered moments ago, and I plan to use them Wednesday. (Yes, that's tomorrow---woohoo!!!) Completely painless/very efficient process so far. If there's some problem, I'll find a way to get to the Internet and post here, but otherwise, you can assume no news is good news!! I can't imagine there would be any issue.

Yes! We purchased 4 10 day fully loaded premium tickets from UnderCoverTourist.com. We (okokok...I) then promptly lost all 4 of these tickets before we even had a chance to set foot in a park. We then called UnderCoverTourist who cancelled the old tickets and faxed us information to give to Guest Services.

We were on our way in 10 minutes counting the time spent on the call to UnderCoverTourist and the wait time for the fax. When we arrived at Guest Services (we went to EPCOT) they accepted the fax sheets, replaced the lost tickets with identical tickets (we even were given the exact same picture backs, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald!) and sent us on our way.

We used these tickets that day and another with no problems. When I was at Guest Services I asked the CM about UnderCoverTourist and he said they have been selling tickets for Disney for several years. Needless to say, we were very impressed with UnderCoverTourist!

I forgot to say that this occurred on March 16th of this year.

We also used 1 day on our new 10 day premium--no problems. In fact, we had a goofy and donald ticket and we purposely switched them at the 2nd park we went to and no questions asked even with the fingerprints!!

Thanks- just needed some feedback on the tickets before I spent a bunch of money on tickets from someone I don't know.
