Anyone Use Your Ride's Website Lately?

Just wondering if anyone has booked a car thru Your Ride's website lately? Last time we tried to use it, Your Ride never received our info. Some kind of blockage with their firewall.

I used the e-mail part to confirm our ressie for tomorrow. Read a couple "they forgot me at the airport" threads and just wanted to make sure somebody will be there.

When I made the reservation in June, however, I did have to re-send the request as I did not receive a confirmation within a few days. Wonder if they're going through "growing pains?"

We booked with them about a month ago for your November trip.
Received a confirmation from them within a couple of hours. I had to ask a few more questions & emailed them back & again got a response back quickly. We have used 'yourride' twice before when Rabitt owned it & had NO trouble!!! Looking forward to using them again!!
