You can save a few dollars at these locations, using the vouchers, if you choose the most expensive items on the menu. When we use premium vouchers we tend to share the appetizer/dessert and one of use uses the voucher entree. For example, on our January '04 trip we ate at 50's Prime Time and used one voucher to purchase: Boursin Cheese w/Raspberry Sauce Appetizer ($5.99), Pan Seared Salmon ($16.99), S'mores ($4.49), and a soda ($2.00). Our family of three shared the appetizer and the dessert, I had the salmon and soda and then my DH and DS purchased separate entrees/drinks. The total, before tax/tip, for items purchased with the voucher was $29.47. Since the vouchers cover tax and tip, we came out just a bit ahead by using the voucher.
One thing to consider in using these vouchers is that you may likely spend more money overall than if you ate not using a voucher. Do you usually like to order appetizers/desserts with your lunch? Our family does not often order dessert or appetizers for lunch very often. So, if we ate at 50's Prime Time and ordered just our usual entrees we would have spent less money. We usually buy just a couple of vouchers (quick & casual and premium) for a trip, since we don't like to eat that much food at every meal.
The menus at www.allearsnet.com willl provide you with the prices so you can determine if vouchers are right for you.
My list does not state the vouchers can be used at 50's or Sci Fi- We have PS for lunch at Sci Fi- Maybe I have an outdated list- Can anyone verify this for me?
