Anyone use vacationoutlet.com National code lately?

Just wondering if anyone has used the National code 5042947 from vacationoutlet.com lately? Between that and the $30 coupon, I'm getting the best deal I can find for 2/9-2/14/07, a total of $140 for a compact. Before I cancel my other ressie, just wanted to be sure the code from vacationoutlet.com won't be a problem.

If you book it with that code and it gives you a quote, it's valid. I've never seen a major rental car company refuse to honor a reservation made over the phone or on the internet. Just have a printout of your reservation in your hands to make sure the rental contract you sign matches the quoted rate.

Most rental counter agents are way to busy to even notice your rate or the discount codes you're using. They simply pull up your reservation by your name or reservation number and then print out the paperwork for you to sign.

Alamo/National have asked for AAA card (last time in Oct)...

never my Sam's or Entertainment card though.
