Any one buy their tickets from the Universal Site and do the will call were you pick them up at one of the kiosks in the park?? Just wandering and if anyone had any problems. Thanks!

i did it once. worked fine.

make sure you have the confirmation number and a picture ID.

you pick them up at guest services just before the turnstyles:smooth:

I did it once also I didn't have a problem with it either. Like MIB said you need to have the confirmation # and picture ID with you when you go there.

I can vouch for how important it is to remember to bring your CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND ID. :)

I had ordered AP's for some family members who were meeting us for the weekend and went to pick them up at IoA's will call window. Well...I didn't bring the confirmation number with me and there was absolutely NO WAY for them to look up the order in the computer since it was Saturday and the offices that sell the phone ordered tickets was closed and the computer system isn't the same that is used at the parks. UGH!!

IoA was wonderful enough to take my word for the order and actually gave us a couple of 1 day/2 park tickets! That was very, very nice of them.

Sunday morning, I was armed and ready with that confirmation number (it was in our hotel room at the WDW Swan) to pick up the AP's.

I think it is quite odd of them to not cross reference orders with customer's names, but, they don't. We were quite fortunate that my mistake only cost us about 30 minutes of park time and not any actual $$$'s. :)

You also have the option of having them use UPS and having the tickets delivered to your home before you leave. I used that option and it took only 3 days to arrive - considering we're in Canada, I thought that was pretty good. It did cost a little more, but the peace of mind was worth it for me. I like to have everything in place before I get there.
