I did it for a while. I love it. However, I wanted to add in weight training and that's when I discovered the firm. You will firm up and add muscle. Plus it is so much fun
I have them but never got motivated to use them. Or past the basic video either. It is tough. I liked it but just didn't have motivation or will power to do it.
I'm dong Walk Away the Pounds now but if we get a vcr(I have the VHS tapes) that works I will alternate or do both since I'm actually motiviated now to do workouts. DH is doing them with me too.
