Anyone use strollers4less.com?

Well I think I've decided on the Maclaren Rally Twin stroller for use at home and for our trip with DD(4 1/2), DS(3 on trip), DD(nearly 1). I finally got to see it in a store. The seats recline so much easier than my Maclaren Daytripper. I think the Twin Traveller would be better for an infant so I can't seem to justify the $350 price. The Rally Twin is under $200 at strollers4less.com (Babiesrus wants $299). Has anyone tried them?

I had read warnings of how unstable the Graco Duoglider can be and didn't really believe it because we never had a problem. Well last week the stroller blew over in the wind with my 9 month in it. She was strapped into her carseat at the time so she wasn't hurt (not even scared) but I'm looking forward to getting this new stroller.

Yes, I've ordered from them before and have had no problems. I received my stroller within a week!!

I bought my Twin Traveller from them a few months ago. Before I placed the order, I called them to see if it was in stock and how long it would take to get it. I was told it would take 7-10 business days. I ordered it at 2pm that afternoon. The next afternoon, I saw a better deal on eBay. So, I called them to see if I could cancel my order. They told me it was too late, they had already processed the order and it was on its way. I was disappointed that I couldn't cancel it, but was pleased that it would be coming quickly. Two days after I tried to cancel, I still hadn't received a tracking number. I sent an e-mail and got no response. The next day, I called to find out what the scoop was. They said it was shipping direct from Maclaren and they'd have to go to Maclaren to get a tracking number. 2 days later, no response. I called and emailed again. No response to the email. The person on the phone said that the original person I talked to didn't work their anymore and she'd try to get my tracking number. 2 more days pass and no response. I called and emailed again with the same useless results. Finally, 10 days after I ordered it, I got a form email with a tracking number and it arrived the next day. It did come directly from Maclaren and was just fine.

So, all said, it turned out just fine. They told me I'd get it in 7-10 days and I got it in 11, so overall, it could have been much worse. Fortunately, the stroller was fine. I can't imagine trying to deal with them on a real issue. Their service was terrible. They were unresponsive and deceptive. I would only order from them again if I could save a significant amount of money.

I've heard bad stories about Strollers4less, but I've recently used Babyage and it was great. I received my stroller from the east coast to the midwest in 4 days, and it was even delivered by FedEx to me on Saturday.

I ordered a stroller from them a while back. After quite some time, they notified me that they no longer carried the item. So I guess they don't keep their website up-to-date.

A friend of mine ordered from them and was pleased with her purchase.

Hi, we used Stroller4less.com in Jan of 2003. I got a Combi Travel Savey DX for half the price I found in in the stores. (99.00) The only problem was it took 2 weeks to get to me. The problem was with how long it took for them to get it too FedEx. Once Fed Ex recived it we got it in 2 days. I was a little up tight about this because I had recived a email saying it as shipped, but unable to track it buy Fed Ex. (because they got the order for it, but didn't get the stroller for a week later.)


This was our only problem. The stroller is great. We love it.

I have recomended strollers4less.com to friends who also had no problems. If I needed another one, I will most likely but from them again, if the price is right.

My advice. Order it in advance of when you will need it.

Thanks to all replys. I ordered from Albee on Monday and received the stroller Wednesday. I haven't had a chance to open it yet but the box looks fine so I'm sure it OK. Now we've got to get it out and put away the Graco monster.
