Anyone use shutterfly? It's cutting off the borders.

Has anyone used shutterfly to make a passport? I'm trying to make the 5x7 and when I try to just do a full page with no backgrounds it's cutting off the borders of the designs. It's irritating me. Does anyone know how to get it to stop doing that?

Check and see if the size of the passport page(s) you are trying to use is actually 5x7. I made a book with one of Natalie's passports and I had to reformat them to get them to fit the 5x7 size as they weren't a perfect 5x7. If you have a photo editing tool you can stretch them to get them to fit the 5x7 format or you can make them smaller and leave a white border around them so that you will see the entire image.
