Anyone use quickbooks pro?

I have the 2004 version and I'm getting things ready for my accountant. He wants me to burn a backup copy and give it to him...I feel kind of weird about that...I'd rather just print the reports to give him like I did last year (but was using Microsoft Money Small Business then). I called him and asked him what reports he wants and he'd rather have the cd copy. Then he asked me to email it to him, but I don't know how to do that either I can burn a copy if I have too...how would I email it to him?? Can anybody help??

hello, i use quickbooks pro.

to make a accountant copy, go under file go down to accountants review and a little box will open and select creat accountant's copy, and it will make a copy.

how to email i don't know how to do that. sorry

I wouldn't email it to him either if I were you. Can you create an accountant's copy for him? I think if you go into the preferences menu it allows you to set one up there.

Actually, I got lucky and my accountant came in for a haircut, lol. So, he's got the burned copy in his hands now.
