Their rates are less than Disney Transfer $50 round trip per person.
Disney's price $70 round per person .

We haven't sorry. We actually uber to the port and back now. It's around $100 to uber from Disney Springs area (where we stay the night before) for a van that can take up to 6 people and it's a private transportation that let's us pick when we want to arrive :)

Uber and Lyft are higher than Disney transfer.
Disney makes alot of pick up stops(Disney hotels).
Looking for a better alternative.

Disney only makes "a lot" (usually never more than 3 including yours) of stops if you're staying on Disney property. If you're going from MCO it's direct. (You didn't specify where you're staying.)

My parents were using a non-Disney shuttle one time (I don't know the name of it) from a hotel near MCO as part of a package, but the shuttle never showed up and they ended up having to take an Uber of Lyft and almost missed embarkation. After that experience, they said they would always take DCL busses from MCO if they flew down.
