We've been members of Netflix almost a year now, and have only had two minor problems in all that time. One time they sent me a movie that wasn't on my list, but we watched (and enjoyed) it anyway so that really wasn't much of a "problem." And one time a DVD wouldn't play in our machine, so they sent me a replacement and that one wouldn't play either. I e-mailed a complaint to them and they allowed me to have an extra movie out (we are on the three movie plan) to make up for the inconvenience. I thought that was fair. I love not having to drive to the video store, especially to return movies, and no more late charges. I definitely recommend Netflix to anyone.
