Anyone use Mouseketrips?

Just wondering if anyone has used Mouseketrips?
How was your experience? Easy to work with? Did they get any great discounts for you, book any special things?

I usually take care of all the arrangements, but I'm thinking about a short trip next fall for our 20th anniversary...maybe to the Poly, and I want to get the best price. Seems like Mouseketrips is highly recommended for that. Yet, they don't charge for their service?

I used them for my upcoming trip next week. I have nothing bad to say. In the end, they truly didn't deliver anything I couldn't have done myself, but it's an added convenience to have everything done in one place. They bundled up all the docs and sent them to me in one package, too.

They do advertise that they watch for the lowest rates and will apply them. For me, we originally booked at rack but were waiting for AP rates to come out when I got an e-mail discount code for $209 GV at the Poly, which is what we're booked for now. I don't think any better deals came about, but I can't say for certain how vigilant they would have been in applying them. I have no reason to doubt them, and I've heard testimonials from others who have used and recommended them (which is how I found them).

I think the less you know about WDW the more you need a TA like them. Since I already knew exactly what I wanted, it was just a slight convenience to have them handle it for us. The one thing they WON'T do is get CRT PS's. They would have to dial up just like anyone else, and being in Utah that means 5am for them. But they were knowledgeable, and offered some insightful suggestions. And they do not charge for their service. They must get some commission from Disney, but they didn't add any surcharges to what Disney charged. No cheaper than I could have got myself either, but (allegedly, since in my case they actually got the rate from me) without having to hunt around or worry that a lower rate code was available somewhere.
