Anyone use Geritol?

I have been using the liquid kind. I am not an old person (26), but it really picks me up. Great for a slow start in the morning.

Anyone else use it?

No, I have never used Geritol. I really have no idea what exactly its used for, other than senior citizens?? But hey, good luck with it if it works!!

Its just a vitamin supplement that has lots of B vitamins and iron. Whenever I take it, it really wakes me up. Tastes like crap, though!
