I just cashed out for a $25 prepaid visa card on fetch rewards--

they give you 2 choices
a virual card that you can use on line or by phone

or
mail you a physical card that has a $3 fee so the card is worth then $22 they take the fees off right away

so my plan was to go to disney gift card and order a disney card for $25 so does that count then as using on line

or is it a better option to pay the $3 and then get a physical card to use how I want

thanks for any help

Get a virtual and buy the disney gc through target with the virtual. Doing it through disney does sometimes still work but can be problematic. I just did it through target yesterday without issues.

I also stopped using fetch because we don't use many of the products they award more for and it took forever to redeem for 25.

I use Fetch, but I save the rewards for when we are at WDW and I use them for Amazon GC. Then, I apply those for our PrimeNow order and essentially pay for most of our groceries. Since you can redeem for Amazon for as few as 3000 points, I figure every $3 in "free" food/supplies is something I don't have to worry about. I usually have about $25-$30 each trip (we go once a year) so I am not exactly raking in the earnings.

To the OP, if you have a Virtual Visa, I have had success in registering it first and then adding it to my PayPal account. Then, I can use it to buy a gift card from ShopDisney. If I try to make the purchase from ShopDisney with the Virtual Visa as my payment and do not go through PayPal, the card gets charged but the transaction gets cancelled and it takes FOREVER to get the money put back on the card. Other people have also reported success with using the Virtual Visa directly (not through PayPal) to buy a Disney Gift Card from Target.com so that might also be an option for you.
