Does anyone have thoughts on this agency? Good or bad results? I currently hold a reservation with a cruiseline, but the price cruise411.coms offer to transfer is quite a bit less, so any information would be most helpful.

Thanks!

before you book with an online agency try to call and talk to a customer service/manager person. If you can't get through I would think hard before booking with them.
I booked my Hawaiin crusie through a similiar agency with a super price. The brand new ship I was to sail on sunk during a storm while being built. They switched the cruise to another ship with different stateroom types. I learned all this from a cruise board.People on the board were already getting assigned new staterooms. My TA knew very less than I did (my info from boards)and wouldn't let me talk with her supervisor or customer service. I tried many ways to get to somebody else. After days, I finally got a tel # but they never answered the phone or returned calls. I learned the hard way you do get what you pay for.
Just info for you to think about.

Cruise411 gave our group the best price out of a dozen TA's!
We had no problems and had very satisfactory service. They are not a handholding type of company - but, who needs that with our wonderful Dis!! Have also used Cruise.com for 2 cruises with excellent results.

Good luck,
Sandie
