Anyone use BMO Mosaik Mastercard?

I "log-on" everyday to check my online account but today (Sunday Nov 20th) when I go to log-on a pop-up window with "sun server" username and password is coming up? :scared1:

I have never seen this before :confused3

Of Course, the office is closed until tomorrow at 8am :rolleyes:

I checked my account yesterday and everything was fine. This seems to have taken place overnight and no notifications as to what is going on :sad2:

If anyone else is having the same problem, I'd appreciate it if you will post, so that I know that it isn't just my log-in :crazy:

There should be a phone # on the back - or on your bill for lost or stolen cards. They should be open 24/7. I think you should call there just to make sure all is OK. Good luck.
 
I just checked my account and the log in screens were same as always. No pop ups etc.

Not sure what it was you encountered

Now, I don't know what to think!!!! :rolleyes:

I just called the 24/7 lost & stolen card line (as per DutchsMommy - Thanks ;) ) and they told me that the website is currently under "construction" and that they have received a lot of calls today :crazy:

The CSR recommended that I check in a couple of hours :hourglass

I tried to access my usual link and also went via the BMO link and both times the Sun One Web Server asking for username and password popped up :confused3 :badpc:

I guess I will have to wait and try again as suggested by the CSR :sad:

I've gone back and reread your post. I have probably confused matters. I went and checked the www.bmo.com page where I can check bank acounts and mastercard. It's working fine. From rereading your post I gather you are are referring to a site that only relates to Mastercard. Sorry for adding to the confusion :confused3

You didn't confuse matters :sad2: the bank did by taking the website down with no prior notification. The CSR had received MANY calls already :crazy:

I usually DO go through the BMO website and then access the Mosaik Mastercard from there.

Everything looks as it should (darn, they could have reduced my amount owing to them if they really wanted to help :rotfl: )

iluvwesties, I deal with BMO with bank accounts and Mastercard...I use the internet all the time...it's not that rare for the site to have "down-time" or go into a (for lack of a better word) 'testing' stage...just like most internet sites, if I have a problem, I just go back to the site later, and things are usually back to normal...it's annoying, but then again, it IS a computer :rolleyes:

I got a little parnoid yesterday over being unable to access my account. ;) It actually stemmed from an incident last week where I had a notification from Paypal (I am an ebay seller) that someone was trying to access my account for $395.00 US :faint:

Considering I usually only have $50us or less in Paypal, I was concerned that this would suddenly disappear out of my bank account that is linked to Paypal. After a lengthy call to Paypal, I was assured that my Paypal account and the bank account were OK.

They have had several calls about a "company" sending out emails about this

I just felt that if a notice had been posted on the TD website that the systems were going to be down, it would have caused me less anxiety ::yes::
