what do you have in mind? usually our WISH board challenges run for several weeks but not to say a good swift one wouldn't work?? i'm trying to jumpstart myself into a mode of weightloss and this might be a time frame i could stick to for a more regimented plan to get going? so, whatcha thinkin??
