Anyone up for LeCellier Oct 3rd?

I was told yesterday I couldn't increase my adr table number because the restaurant was full. Today I managed to get a table for 2 at Le Cellier for 4th October at 8.50pm is that ok with you? I am staying at the Grand Floridian from 21st September til 5th October so I can be contacted there. There must be a lot of cancellations because I have managed to snag a lunch reservation for monday 28th September and up to now that was impossible.

That's GREAT! It works for me. I've been on the phone & online everyday and have had no luck getting an ADR. I can't believe i'm going to LeCellier on my birthday! Woo Hoo! THANKS!!!!

Hey big John! I just noticed that in your signature there is something about a WDW trip with a snake in your room. What's the story? I live in the south and am used to all sorts of critters wandering in, but I DON"T DO SNAKES!!!! If one wandered into my room at WDW, the thing could have the whole blasted room. I'd be back in Texas in 24 hours and wouldn't need a plane, bus, car, or train to get here. I'm staying at CSR this trip and know they have a small alligator in the lake there that the CMs have named Glenn and also have a bobcat that stays outside the Rancho section that they've named Bob. I'm nervous enough about running into those two critters.

Ok I'm back from San Fran. being from Phoenix it was soooooo cold, and I didn't bring a jacket.

Here is my snake story from last year's trip, I had walk the grounds taking pic's and just got back to my room, and the maids cart was at the room next to my room, so my room had just been clean, I walk in and see this black "toy" looking snake on the bathroom floor, I said who left this toy here, till it move, I didn't need to use the bathroom anymore, started for the door, went back, took the pic and out the door I went, found 2 suites in a golf cart, told them, he walk in, said it was a toy also, till it move, he was out the door faster then I was, he found someone to remove it, and all was OK
Well let just say I didn't sleep to good my last night their, was hard to pick up the suite case and open it to start packick that night, but all was A-OK and no more snakes.

I was that way that night, but then I thought "what a story I will have" and when I got home and downloaded the pic's, I sent an e-mail with the pic to my TA and the TA owner (family friend) and told them "Thank You" for the the surpize gift and finding me a roommate for my trip

This year my room request is "king bed & no snakes"

I will always have a funny story to tell about my first solo trip.

ET, but was still able to get all of our ADRs (including California Grill and Le Cellier). Two trips completely planned. Time to start planning another? Anybody else planning to book the bounceback offer, when we're down there in a couple of weeks?
