Anyone up for a Wisconsin meet?

I wasn't able to do the DIS meet in Chicago, which looked so cool. Anyone out there who'd like a Wisconsin meet? I'll keep track of anyone who's interested, and maybe we can get one going.

Sure!!!! What area of Wisconsin? Hopefully not the North Woods, LOL. We do have another meet in late March or early April coming up that looks like it will be in the Gurnee area, just south of the state line. Any chance for that one, fantasymagic??

Milwaukee works for us. I'd prefer some place close to the hiway. Are we talking about a restaurant or the Zoo or the Mitchel Park domes? Or maybe the Miller Brewery!?

Can't make this, but I grew up in WI, and if you guys go to the domes, go to Leon's custard stand. They have the best custard anywhere! Its on the corner of 27th and Oklahoma! Enjoy!

How about after the date is set for the Chicago DIS meet, either March 29 or April 12, then we set a tentative date or two for Milwaukee and see if that gets any interest.

Also, I checked the IMAX schedule for Milwaukee, but Lion King wasn't listed. If we decide to do a Milwaukee meet, maybe someone can suggest a nice restaurant?

What other activities do people do at a DIS meet? Do we share pictures, show videos? play Disney Charades or Guess Words? Just talk and have a great time?

I guess I'm just chomping at the bit for a Disney fix.

I vote that we take ourselves and our collective families and meet in the Orlando area for the months of February, March, and April.

The Zoo is always a fun place, with restaurants within the zoo, or close by. The Ground Round is just down the road -- very kid friendly. The zoo is just off the freeway, also.

Count me in . Anyone bringing kids besides me? I would possibly be bringing my 8 and 5yo DDs. Maybe they could do some pin trading? Zoo works for us here or in Madison. WE could also consider Ed Debenics (sp?) I have never been but it sounds alot like the Prime Time Cafe. Just a thought.......Keep me posted!
