Anyone try to book Kidani Villa using 40% code?

Has anyone tried to book one of the new Kidani villas using the 40% off code? There is a ton of availability on the WDW web site for straight booking but I didn't know if it would be blacked out for the 40% off code due to being so new (and theoretically desirable). Iwanted to check here before calling Disney. My evil plan would be to book Kidani and hope DH found it so awesome he was willing to agree to DVC.
