Anyone tried Disney's PhotoBook??

Has anyone purchased one of the photobooks available on Disney's PhotoPass website? If so, what did you think of the process and quality of the final product?

We did one in 2007. Personally I love it. It's like school annual quality. I'm considering it again for our upcoming June trip. We get lots of compliments from guests.

We did not do the disney one. However, I did get the photopass CD and with my own pictures got one from Costco. I was happy with the quality.

I love the books I am on my second and plan on one every trip. I like it that you can edit you pictures and the Disney photo pass ones as well.
The price is not bad if you get several copies and well if your tactile person its just nice to hold on to a book.

After seeing my Aunt's photopass book today, I just ordered one on the photopass website along with the CD (preordered at $149.00).
We're leaving in two weeks, we'll post back when we get it!

Yes they are hard covered. They are very nice quality!

I don't know about the book, but I've seen the layouts and haven't been overly impressed. Before I got into photography, I used to make layouts in Photoshop for photobooks each trip we took. With a little Photoshop knowledge and time (and that's the big ingredient), you can make something yourself that is much better. If you don't have the time/knowledge/desire, the Disney books like great.

I created one a couple of years ago and the quality is very nice. The process is rather "klunky" - slow to pull pictures into the layouts and upload your own photos, difficult to read the text you input and work with the character limits... They have some neat backgrounds and layouts to choose from, but again a slow, painful process (but maybe this is my connection speed?). For my last two trips though, I've purchased the Disney Photo Pass cd, uploaded the pics to my computer along with all of my own and then created a photo book on Snapfish.
