Anyone think we will see more price increases this summer?

We are heading to DL in July and are debating saving more air miles for tickets or just buying them now. Anyone have any thoughts on the odds of more price increases?

If you know for sure you are going, I would purchase tickets now and maxpass so you lock in the price. I know that sounds a little paranoid, but I would rather be safe.

If Star Wars goes off without any major hiccups and crowds are really heavy for the first month and Disney thinks it will trend that way all summer they might try to increase the prices again. I wouldn't put anything past them. If you are sure your going I wouldn't risk it. I'd just buy them now.

Worst case scenario you get your tickets early and they don't increase their prices. Big whoop. But if you don't and they jack the prices up, then you will feel cheated. At least I would. In the past they would give people some warning and you knew ahead of time a day or two. But they ended that. I guess they don't want to leave one single dime on the table.

There was definitely a rumor that there would be a second increase after the first increase but I haven't heard anything since. You never know with Disney...

I am worried about another increase, too!
I am also worried that they might add those SWGE attractions to the fastpass system later that year and increase that price then as well...

So I am just about to buy thickets from Disney with maxpass included... but I haven’t fully decided if we „really need“ maxpass everyday... I am so torn...

From another thread: GetAwayToday will be able to include Maxpass on their discounted tickets, starting tomorrow 4/23. Logically, other resellers will follow.

Might as well wait and see those details/prices.

I renewed the last annual pass in our family today. Didn't expire until May 6, but I was lucky to miss the price increase in January by 2 days for the rest of our family. Better safe than sorry.
