Anyone suffer from Night Eating Syndrome?

Kind of in the dark about this diagnosis. Would love to talk to others who also suffers from this. This had plagued me for the last 15 years. Every night I am up and eat junk. I may not be hungry at all, but I have to eat. Typically consuming 500 to 1000 extra calories a day. Appreciate any advise/support! Thanks.

Do you take Ambien? I read somewhere that it can cause this.
